It’s no secret, Trump lies. He doesn’t just lie like a regular politician, no, he’s the world’s greatest liar; he lies more than anyone has ever lied in the history of the world (sounds familiar?) and the world knows it. There are lies and then there are Trump lies. What are Trump lies? You know what they are, you can recognize them instantly, just like when a child lies. In Trump’s case it’s better known as ‘Bull$hit’. He even wrote a book (well someone had to write it for him actually) in which he explained how to lie effectively. The title is “The Art of the Deal’, and yes I read the damn thing. Lies don’t bother him in the least, except perhaps under oath and it’s why his lawyers never want him to testify. Do his cult supporters know that? Some don’t, the ‘deplorables’, and some do but don’t care, the other half of the ‘deplorables’.

Just how awful is his lying? On the third anniversary of his swearing into office, just over a month ago, Trump had a record 16,241 false or misleading claims. He even repeats proven lies as if it didn’t matter; he can because it doesn’t matter to his base. It’s true, Trump cannot admit he’s wrong and he won’t do so; he may consider that a strength but it’s actually a flaw, and a bad one. There’s a clinical name for that sort of behaviour. No, it’s not ‘narcissistic personality disorder’, that is an entirely different flaw he’s afflicted with. The right term is ‘psychological rigidity’; there are a variety of definitions all amounting to the same thing, it’s compensating for extreme weakness and significantly fragile ego. Given Trump has both flaws, we are dealing with a dangerous character. Now that might explain why some have been saying his presidency is a dangerous one; I sure have.

As I mentioned in my previous blog, at a time when citizens need the truth and need it badly, Trump is the worst leader you could have; he just can’t help ‘bull$hitting’. Monday 02-Mar-2020, he did it again in front of cameras, as usual, contradicting experts who had to correct him almost immediately. It was only a week ago that he did almost the same thing, spewing ‘BS’ all over the place. He couldn’t stick to facts because he doesn’t know them, so he makes up $hit as he goes along, using whatever he heard on tv. He gets briefing, sure, but those have to be customized for him like you’d do for someone who has no interest in things that aren’t about him. If you Google what briefings for Trump are like, you’ll get plenty to read and it all comes down to… “Trump is a moron”. Hence, when he goes in front of the camera, you get ‘BS’.

So, when the Nov-2020 presidential election comes around, Americans need to ask themselves what kind of president they want, a president with an aversion to truth or a president who can handle the truth. Trump can’t handle the truth!
